Rev. Dr. Emily Gail Dill is the Minister of the Cabinet Office and Member of Parliament for Sandys North. She was sworn in as Minister on July 3, 2026, after being elected in the October 2024 by-election and returned by voters in February 2025.
She previously served in the Senate and as a Junior Minister, with responsibilities spanning National Security, Transport and Legal Affairs. Beyond public office, she serves as an Associate Minister at Allen Temple AME Church in Sandys and has worked extensively with young people through education and counselling.
Her background in education, youth advocacy, performing arts and pastoral counselling informs a people-centred approach to representation and community development.
